Géraldine Riethmann is an expert in legal operations, in identifying, implementing, and adapting LegalTech, in organizational and leadership issues, as well as in knowledge management in in-house legal departments and law firms.

She has more than 15 years of experience as in-house counsel, team leader, and member of the management in multinational corporations.

Géraldine is a certified Legal Project Practitioner and Service Design Thinker.

Géraldine is strong in streamlining processes and implementing effective communication within legal teams (across functions and with external lawyers) to increase team performance and customer satisfaction.
She has extensive experience in leading legal in-house teams across borders and in designing, building, and implementing LegalTech solutions with limited resources.

After her Bar exam, Géraldine had her first in-house position at Computer Sciences Corporation (2004-2008).
In 2008, she started working for Coca-Cola HBC as a member of the Swiss management team and built up the legal department in Switzerland.
From 2012 to 2019, Géraldine worked as Region Legal Director of Coca-Cola HBC, leading a team of 15 lawyers across six countries.

Géraldine is fluent in English and German.
